Please read the terms and conditions before contacting scrubbers cleaning co. By contacting Scrubbers you agree to the terms and conditions.
Protection of staff and clients:
All staff at scrubbers have the right to work in a safe environment. If at any time a member of staff feels that they are being mistreated, whether be through race, gender, religion, sexual orientation or disability etc that member has the right to terminate the work being carried out.
The member of staff (s) involved have the right to take matters further . Any type of discrimination whether be by staff or clients will NOT be tolerated in any way. All staff will be C.R.B checked and will be asked to carry the original copy around with them at all times. Clients can demand to see these at any time, and can also refuse to have that member of staff working with-in their home. Clients have the right to feel safe in there own home at all times. Clients have the right to request a certain sex ( male or female) to work with - in there home, but must do so at the time of work agreement. We aim to make the clients feel as safe as possible when inviting Scrubbers staff into there home. If clients feel that this is not being met, then they should contact scrubbers asap so that an investigation can take place.
Third parties:
Scrubbers cleaning co will never share your details with any other company or third parties.
At any one time must scrubbers cleaning co's website and email address be used for anything apart from enquires about our services or enquires about employment. Improper use of the website and/or email address will result in a fixed fine of £25.00 per email. This is due to junk email and spamming.
Staff:
All staff at scrubbers will be or are english speaking, regardless of race, gender, religion, disability and sexual orientation. Scrubbers cleaning co will not and does not discriminate against any staff or clients.
Payment:
All payment can be made via cash, cheque or online transaction. Payment should be made with-in 3-5 days of work carried out. Any late payments will be subjected to a late payment fee of £10.00.
Scrubbers cleaning co never ask it's clients to pay extra fee's for parking or travel expenses.
Cleaning products and tools:
Scrubbers cleaning co will aim to use our own cleaning products and tools. But we do ask clients to have their own supply. i.e hoover, mops and bucket etc. ( This is mainly for office cleaning. )
Public liability insurance:
Scrubbers cleaning co are fully insured by HSBC to the total of 1,000,000
